National REfuge for Women

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is part of a dynamic team and assists with local program and national operations, per defined policies, systems and procedures, including communications, donor database entry and oversight, coordinating meetings, maintaining contact lists, reporting activities, local events, and training activities. Set up and maintain the office systems necessary to support effective administrative and program operations. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, experience with donor databases and MailChimp, administrative experience, team player with excellent time management skills, attention to detail and self-motivated. This position is located in Lexington, KY.


Central Kentucky

The Shift Leader works in the safe house during the assigned shift to maintain a safe healing environment for residents and provide consistent operations by upholding the program model and resident guidelines. The successful applicant will maintain strong leadership in any situation, including conflict resolution, crisis response and handling difficult relational dynamics. This person will communicate effectively with residents and hold them accountable as they progress through the program and learn successful life skills. Knowledge of addict behaviors and trauma is helpful. Familiarity with 12-step or similar healing and recovery program (e.g. Celebrate Recovery) is desired.


North Texas

Weekend SHIFT LEADER (Part-Time)

The Shift Leader works in the safe house during the assigned shift to maintain a safe healing environment for residents and provide consistent operations by upholding the program model and resident guidelines. The successful applicant will maintain strong leadership in any situation, including conflict resolution, crisis response and handling difficult relational dynamics. This person will communicate effectively with residents and hold them accountable as they progress through the program and learn successful life skills. Knowledge of addict behaviors and trauma is helpful. Familiarity with 12-step or similar healing and recovery program (e.g. Celebrate Recovery) is desired. This position is scheduled for 32 hours every other weekend.


OHIO VALLEY

SHIFT LEADER (Full-Time or PART-TIME)

The Shift Leader works in the safe house during the assigned shift to maintain a safe healing environment for residents and provide consistent operations by upholding the program model and resident guidelines. The successful applicant will maintain strong leadership in any situation, including conflict resolution, crisis response and handling difficult relational dynamics. This person will communicate effectively with residents and hold them accountable as they progress through the program and learn successful life skills. Knowledge of addict behaviors and trauma is helpful. Familiarity with 12-step or similar healing and recovery program (e.g. Celebrate Recovery) is desired.
