Centa Terry, Refuge for Women - Las Vegas Program Director

Centa has devoted her life to helping people walk in wholeness and freedom so they can see their future as blank pages just waiting for them to begin writing on. This passion is what drew her to get involved in the lives of the amazing women at the Las Vegas Refuge House.

Her gifts of leadership and service have allowed her the opportunity to shepherd teams of people in ministry and business as well as facilitating leadership training seminars for 20+ years. She holds multiple certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Psychology from Liberty University.

She was born in South Dakota, grew up in California, made a pit stop in New England, and for the last 30 years has lived and loved in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her interests include reading, traveling, and spending as much time as she can with her 4 adult children.

We are so proud and thankful for Rachel Ball and Erin Whalen, the Refuge for Women Launch Team who has been doing an amazing job teaching and training the staff and volunteers how to run the Refuge for Women program here in Las Vegas. Rachel and Erin will be with us in Las Vegas until February 12 and then they will travel to Chicago to open their safe house. Great job, ladies! And Centa, our thoughts and prayers are with you as you are trained in. You will be amazing!
